Questions people actually ask
What happens if I cancel?
You drop to the Free plan and keep every brand you already have — they carry on publishing. You just can't add new ones until you resubscribe. We don't delete your work over a billing change.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing, at first — Stripe retries and you keep your plan while it does. Only when the retries are exhausted do you move to Free, and even then your brands keep working.
Do you charge per connected account?
No. Solo includes 10; Growth and Pro are unlimited. Connecting another account costs us nothing, so it costs you nothing.
What counts as an AI caption or image?
One generation, whether you keep it or not. Allowances are shared across every brand on your bill and reset at the start of each calendar month. You can see exactly where you are under Billing.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — and delete it. See the privacy policy.
