Invite teammates & roles

Add people to a workspace with owner, admin, or member roles, using single-use invite links.

Invite teammates to a workspace and give them a role that fits what they should be able to do.

Roles

  1. 1Owner — full control of the workspace.
  2. 2Admin — everything a member can do, plus connect accounts, edit brand voice, and manage members.
  3. 3Member — compose, schedule, and use AI.

Inviting

  1. 1Open the Members tab and enter the teammate's email and role.
  2. 2Share the generated invite link with them.
  3. 3They open the link, sign in, and join the workspace.

Invite links are single-use and tied to the address they were sent to. If one is used up or goes to the wrong person, just create a new invite.
