Connecting accounts

Connect Bluesky

Connect a Bluesky account using an app password so JackOfAllPosts can post on your behalf.

Bluesky connects with your handle and an app password — a limited-access password you generate in Bluesky, separate from your main login.

  1. 1In Bluesky, go to Settings → App Passwords → Add App Password and copy the generated password.
  2. 2In JackOfAllPosts, open the Accounts tab and choose Connect Bluesky.
  3. 3Enter your handle (e.g. yourname.bsky.social) and paste the app password.
  4. 4Save. The account shows as Connected.

Use an app password, not your account password. We store the credential encrypted and only use it to publish the posts you create.
