Scheduling & tracking

Autopilot

Let a brand refill its own queue — on-brand posts generated into your posting times, every six hours.

Autopilot keeps a brand posting without you queueing every post by hand. Every six hours it checks whether the brand is below its content goal, and if it is, generates on-brand posts — using the brand's voice, topics, and recent performance — into the next open times on its posting schedule.

Turning it on

  1. 1Connect at least one social account for the brand.
  2. 2Set your posting times under Calendar → posting schedule, and confirm the timezone in the Autopilot panel.
  3. 3Set a content goal (how many posts to keep queued ahead).
  4. 4On the Home screen, open the Autopilot panel and choose Turn on.

How much control you keep

Autopilot obeys the brand's autonomy setting. On a 'review' brand it only ever stages drafts, and nothing publishes until you approve it — which is the right setting for any brand where a wrong post is expensive. On an 'auto' brand it schedules directly into your posting times.

It also respects everything else you've set: banned words are enforced before a post is ever created, per-account posting rate limits still apply, and AI generation draws on the same monthly credit caps as the composer. A run creates at most five posts, so a brand that has been quiet refills over a few runs rather than all at once.

Autopilot generates with whichever image model you pick in the panel — pick the text-focused one for a brand whose posts are headline cards, or a cheaper tier for photographic content. Use Run now to trigger a top-up immediately instead of waiting for the next scheduled run. Recent autopilot activity — including anything it skipped and why — is listed in the same panel.
